Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act
- The Club does do livestreaming of and take photos at various events hosted by the Club which may include images, captions and/or audio of members and visitors present at these events
- Livestreaming is via the Club's YouTube account which is open to the public
- Photographs, images and/or names of players, members, visitors and supporters at any of the events hosted by the Club may be posted on the Club's social media platforms e.g. but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Results of matches of various tournaments hosted by or which the Club participates in may be included with any of the postings
- The Club recognizes the POPI Act requirements and endeavors to honor the wishes of individual members and visitors regarding their privacy and distribution of personal information and images if brought to the Clubs attention - please use the Contact Us tab above in this regard
